Mr. Sunshine travel services is focus to satisfy your demands on both areas.
Hotels: in this section, we actuate as any known agency, offering the accommodation in the Hotels located at Matalascañas.
Private Tourist Vacation Properties in this other section, we put at your disposal private apartments and villas for rent all year round. Our web is the used platform by owners and users (customers) in order to rent and to contract. The channel used for the sake of a lease and its consequent transaction.
On this section, once you have selected your activity or visit, an e-mail request will be processed.
For these proposals normally we depend on third part suppliers with total guarantee of satisfaction.
Firstly, the user request a reservation with basic data (date, Hotel selected, number of persons and others).
This will generate an e-mail response on the part of Mr. Sunshine, with details of the deposit, payments required, cancellation policy and the Hotel availability among others.
Mr. Sunshine, will require you to make a pre- payment of 100% of the total stay as a deposit guarantee to confirm the reservation. That amount will be reported in the mentioned e-mail along with all the details of the reservation and will be paid by bank transfer to an account number which data will be provided, preferably by e-mail or fax.
Made the bank transfer, the user must notify us the realization of the income in question, with the user name, the Hotel name of reference and date of check in and check out. (notification preferably by fax on 00 34 955 708 336 or by e-mail).
Once we receive notification of payment, Mr. Sunshine will e-mail you all details and a booking confirmation along with a locator (reservation number) to be printed and saved as a guarantee upon arrival. This will be your Hotel voucher at check in.
The standard check in time in Matalascañas Hotels is from 3 pm, in the event of any early check in or late check out, please confirm with the Hotel in question.
The detail of check-in process will be given to you in the final confirmation notice that you will receive after the pre-payment.
In the event that User cancels the aforesaid reservation in whole or in part Mr. Sunshine shall apply the penalties detailed below All cancellations should be made by e-mail on info@spainwinterholidays.com or by fax on 00 34 955 708 336.
Date receipt of the e-mail or fax will be the date of cancellation reference.
With any cancellation made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date of a confirmed reservation, Mr. Sunshine will refund the total amount paid so far, except for the costs of 30 € (Mr. Sunshine management expenses).
With any cancellation made less than 7 days prior to the arrival date of a confirmed reservation, Mr. Sunshine will refund the amount paid so far, minus the debit invoice of one night penalty fee plus the costs of 30€ (Mr. Sunshine management expenses).
In the event of a "No Show" of any confirmed booking, Mr. Sunshine will not refund any amount paid so far as a deposit guarantee of your booking.
Note: The conditions on above are valid for single reservations. In case of groups up to 10 rooms, we will inform you properly.
Normal check-out time: 12a.m at the latest.
For a late check-out you should contact Hotel previously.

That amount will be reported in the mentioned e-mail along with all the details of the reservation and will be paid by bank transfer to an account number which data will be provided, preferably by e-mail or fax.

At check in, user must pay the pending total stay amount, which will be reported in the first e-mail confirmation.
This payment shall be made in cash pending the owner of the property or representative, which will proceed to deliver the property keys next to the signing of the lease and the bond.
On arrival you will also be asked for a security deposit against any possible property damage made during your stay. It will be made in cash. The security deposit will be given to the owner or representative during the check-in. If there is no damage when you leave the property, the owner or representative will give you the money back at the check out. The owner or representative of the property has the right to refuse admittance to guests who do not pay the bond required. The deposit amount appears clearly on each accommodation description and it will be notified equally in our information and confirmation e-mails. Under no circumstances shall the security deposit be used by users as an excuse for delay in any other payments.
The entry will be held in our offices and then we will carry you to the property reserved where the owner or the person representing him, perform the signing of contracts, bond and keys delivery.
The detail of check-in process will be given to you in the final confirmation notice that you will receive after the pre-payment.
Official check-in times are from Monday to Sunday, between 3pm and 9pm. A check-in before 3pm and after 9p.m will be subject to availability and depending on the property. Please contact us for further details.

In the event of a "No Show" of any confirmed booking, Mr. Sunshine will not refund any amount paid so far as a deposit guarantee of your booking.

In some properties, there is a minimum stay required. In cases where this is not adhered to, will impose a surcharge on the cost of such accommodation. This mentioned amount would be detailed in the section "Accommodations" within the details of the Housing. Also this surcharge will be specified and notified in our different information and confirmation e-mails.
The total price includes the consumption costs of gas, electricity and water, for rental contracts up to 15 days.
For periods longer than the days indicated, such expenses must be billed separately and the user will pay directly to the owner or representative at departure. Costs will be notified equally in our information and confirmation e-mails.
In no case shall the total price include telephone charges, such costs should be billed separately and the user shall pay their charges directly to the owner or representative at departure.
