What we offer
Our service is focused to supply the accommodation and all type of necessities during your future stay in the singular environment of Matalascañas. We do not provide your transport, but here you will find all details and the necessary information to organize the trip you need and you are looking for. Here you will able to organize your transport and to reserve your accommodation and/or activities at destination. Mr. Sunshine wants you to be the real protagonist, it is your decision, be surprised and put your trust in us, you will not regret.
Mr.Sunshine understands our customer and the final product as a whole, a whole that must be personalized and tailored to each customer. We run away from global tourism destinations where you become just a number, not a person and where no other alternative is possible than to do the same on same way.
For us, the customer is centre, to focus every effort and compromise personally. Our company claim is based on a personal, unique and direct service with our clients. How we procedure
Our operation is based in two different and defined areas: The accommodation and the additional services. Through our web, you will find step by step all detailed information but also a quick answer to any possible question you can imagine. By clicking on each section at our home page, you will get all relevant information. Once more, we remind you, that Mr. Sunshine does not operate any transport, but you can get all necessary information by clicking at this section: how to arrive.
Firstly we can offer you the two following offers: Hotels and Private Accommodations:
Hotels: in this section, we actuate as any known agency, offering the accommodation in the Hotels located at Matalascañas.
Private Tourist Vacation Properties: in this other section, we put at your disposal private apartments and villas for rent all year round. Our web is the used platform by owners and users (customers) in order to rent and to contract. The channel used for the sake of a lease and its consequent transaction.
In both cases and once the accommodation at your choice is selected, you must apply for a reservation. Then, a petition e-mail will be processed and responded in a maximum of 24 hours time, confirming yes or not to your request: section of Reservations.
All the information regarding the bookings conditions, cancellation costs, guaranties, deposits, prepayments, etc, will be found at our section: terms & bookings procedure.
On the other side we put at your disposal a wide range of additional services covering any possible necessity during your stay with us. Here you will find the information and options to reserve your excursions, your golf tee times, your purchases, and many more. Just like in the previous point, a petition e-mail will be processed and responded in the shorter possible time, being in mind that for these purposes we depend on third parts.
Also and finally, you will get access to all the information regarding our destination. An environment at your disposal and with a lot of alternatives for leisure and relax.
When we are operated
Our philosophy aims us to not operate during the summer season. We offer our service annually during the period comprised between the mid of September until the end of May. In our offer you will be able to check the availability on the different accommodations, but you will see that the above mentioned periods will be the only ones comprised. Nevertheless, any request for the months of June, July, August and two first weeks of September will be attended..
